What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS and USPS, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my product?

No Return, No Refund except in the following cases: 

1. You received the wrong product.

2. You didn't receive your purchase 

3. Your item is damage. 

(This does not apply to CLEARANCE items. CLEARANCE items are non-returnable.)

How do I make a change to my order?

You can contact us through our contact page or chat! Call us right away to make changes or to cancel your order. If you place an order and want to add items, we’ll do our best to ship them together. If the order was processed and shipped and you wish to cancel or change your order, you may need to complete the Return process.
